We've handled a great many Cummings pieces over the years, checkerboards, polka dots, the geometric mosaics, but this particular feather motif with mother-of-pearl inlay is very rare. \u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003eCummings was one of only a handful of designers granted a named collection at Tiffany (alongside Peretti, Schlumberger, and Paloma Picasso) and is credited with pioneering the house's hardstone inlay work before leaving in 1984 to open her own boutique at Bergdorf Goodman.
