Domestic Orders
Returns and exchanges within the US are complimentary!
Orders are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. Orders are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal. If we do not receive the item within 10 days of return label creation, no refund will be issued.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received it including all of the original packaging. No items will be accepted for return if it is damaged, worn, or altered.
International Orders
International orders are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us at hello@muretaandco.com for help.
