Where is my order?

All orders are shipped from our store in San Francisco. Most lab grown jewelry pieces are made to order and can take approximately 30 business days to process.

Estate jewelry and in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.

I don't see the note I made on my order confirmation.

If you submitted a note for us during checkout, don't worry! We have received your note, but it's only visible on our end.

What grades are your lab grown diamonds?

All of our lab grown diamonds are guaranteed to be at least G color and at least VS clarity.

Are your lab grown diamonds certified?

Typically, an IGI report is included with engagement rings. IGI certification may be purchased for stud earrings here. Bracelets, necklaces, and multi-stone rings cannot be certified.

Do you offer appraisals?

We do not do written insurance or estate appraisals but we are happy to give you our verbal opinion.

Do you buy jewelry?

We do! If you're interested in selling or trading in any jewelry, please send us photos and any pertinent documentation such as past appraisals, receipts, or lab certifications.

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries. Due to restrictions on the import of fine jewelry, we cannot ship to Brazil, France, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Portugal, and Switzerland.

Are duties and taxes included?

Any duties and taxes owed will be calculated and added to your total during checkout.

You have 30 days to initiate or request a return or exchange after receiving your order.
