Where is my order?
All orders are shipped from our store in San Francisco. Most lab grown jewelry pieces are made to order and can take approximately 30 business days for production.
Estate jewelry and in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
Do you buy jewelry?
We do! If you're interested in selling or trading in any jewelry, please send us photos and any pertinent documentation such as past appraisals, receipts, or lab certifications.
What grades are your lab grown diamonds?
All of our lab grown diamonds are guaranteed to be at least G color and at least VS2 clarity.
Are your lab grown diamonds certified?
Typically, an IGI report is included with engagement rings. IGI certification may be purchased for stud earrings here. Bracelets, necklaces, and multi-stone rings cannot be certified.
Do you offer appraisals?
We do not do written insurance or estate appraisals but we are happy to give you our expert opinion on value and history.
I don't see the note I made on my order confirmation.
If you submitted a note for us during checkout, don't worry! We have received your note, but it's only visible on our end.
Shipping
Is my order insured during transit?
All of our shipments are insured for the full order value and shipped with signature required.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries. Due to restrictions on the import of fine jewelry, we cannot ship to Brazil, France, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Portugal, and Switzerland.
Some countries have further restrictions based on order value so please check your local laws.
Are duties and taxes included?
Any duties and taxes owed will be calculated and added to your total during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Under $500: UPS Ground
$500-$1500: UPS 2 Day
Over $1500: UPS Next Day
Depending on your location we may have to use a different shipping service such as USPS if UPS is unavailable.
I need my order by a specific date, is that possible?
If you need your item by a specific date, please make a note during checkout. If your date is within 30 days, please contact us before placing your order to see if we can meet your date.
Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return?
You have 10 days to initiate or request a return after receiving your order. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page to begin the process.
International orders and custom orders are final sale.
I need to change my order!
If you need to change your order, please promptly send us an e-mail at hello@muretaandco.com.
I'd like to exchange for a different item/size/color.
