Where is my order?
All orders are shipped from our store in San Francisco. Most lab grown jewelry pieces are made to order and can take approximately 30 business days to process.
Estate jewelry and in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
Do you make custom jewelry?
Right now, we are closed for custom orders. Please keep an eye on our site and socials for updates on when we'll start taking custom orders again.
