Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges within the United States are free of charge.
Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange (U.S.)
You may request a return via your customer account. If you have trouble requesting a return, please e-mail hello@muretaandco.com to initiate a return or exchange.
− Important: If we do not receive the returned item within 30 days of label creation, the refund will be voided.
4. Condition Requirements
All returned pieces must be in the same condition as when you received them, including:
No returns will be accepted if the item shows signs of:
- Wear or damage
- Alteration
Any bonus, upgrade, or mystery item must be included with your return to receive a refund.
5. Refunds & Processing
Refunds may only be issued to your original payment method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Original shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable.
