US Domestic Orders
All returns and exchanges within the United States are free of charge.
Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange (U.S.)
Go to the Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address.
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
Drop off your package at the designated carrier.
