Our designers sketch you a 3D rendering and once we perfect your vision, our jewelers craft your piece with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship within 4-8 weeks.

Everything you need to know before your first consultation.
Most custom pieces are completed within 4 to 8 weeks from approved design to delivery, depending on complexity and stone sourcing. We recommend beginning at least three months ahead of any deadline.
Custom pieces start at $2,000 and scale based on materials and complexity. We work across a wide range of budgets and will always be transparent about pricing during your consultation.
Absolutely. Incorporating family heirlooms or personal stones adds deep meaning to a custom piece. Bring them along to your consultation.
Yes! Currently we work virtually via e-mail and WhatsApp for clients outside the Bay Area. Many clients around the world have commissioned pieces without ever setting foot in San Francisco.
A $250 design deposit begins the work and applies toward your final piece. 50% of the remaining balance is due before production. The balance is due before delivery or pick-up.
A one-year warranty on craftsmanship and manufacturing defects, free cleanings and inspections for the lifetime of your piece, and your first resizing complimentary.
