Rings over $2,000 may be resized within 1-2 sizes for free. Resizing takes 1-2 weeks.
Domestic orders placed within the United States are complimentary.
Orders are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. Orders are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page. If we do not receive the item within 30 days of return label creation, no refund will be issued.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, including all of the original packaging. No items will be accepted for return if it is damaged, worn, or altered.
Bonus or upgrade items must be included with the return to receive a refund on your order.
